The office is conveniently located at 10597 Montgomery Road, just north of Bethesda North Hospital and to the south of exit 50 of I275.

Staff Profile

Tom Walsh, CPO

Tom is a Cincinnati native, graduating from St Xavier High School and New York University. He has been married to Teresa for 18 years and has four  girls, Abigail, 14, Caroline, 12, Tessa, 9 and Sarah, 7.

Latest update; Abby is starting high school, but not dating. St X football games are allowed.

Robyn McGrail

Senior member of Abilities In Motion, Robyn has worked with Tom for 11 years, She has been  married to Mike for 32 years, with two sons, Ryan, 29 and Todd, 27. Her youngest son recently got married on the beach in Destin, Florida.

Robyn and Mike’s hobbies are traveling and enjoying their two Irish Setters, Murphy and Riley.

Stewart Phillips, CFo

Stewart is a native of London, England. Married to Christy, a pre-school teacher, for 10 years. They have  two children, Sarah, 8 and Blake 6. Stewart coaches both kids at soccer as well as playing himself.

Tim Shafer, CPO

Tim is a native of Dayton, Ohio. Tim has been married to Lisa for 17 years. They have three boys, Luke, 12, Logan, 11 and Nicholas, 6. The younger two boys are playing soccer. Luke is hoping to play basketball.

Debbie Schwemberger

Debbie is a Cincinnati native, she has been married to Dave for 22 years. They have two children, Amber, 21 and Chris, 19. Debbie is a graduate of McAuley High School. Debbie loves spending time with family and friends.
